Cancellation & Refund

At ASR Web Solutions (founded and represented by Harjinder Singh), we believe in professional service delivery and clear business agreements. Since we provide digital services (web design, app development, SEO, digital marketing, and web hosting), we have structured our cancellation and refund policies as follows:

1. Web & App Development Projects:

• Before Work Commences: If a client requests cancellation within 24 hours of project booking and before any requirement gathering or designing has started, a full refund (minus a 5% administrative/gateway fee) will be issued.
• During UI/UX Design Phase: If a project is cancelled after requirement gathering and during the layout design stage (before coding has started), a partial refund of up to 50% of the advance deposit may be issued, depending on the design hours spent.
• After Coding Commences: Once coding, development, or database configuration has started, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
• Refund requests must be formally submitted via email to info@asrweb.in.

2. Recurring Services (SEO & Digital Marketing):

• Clients can cancel their monthly SEO or digital marketing campaigns by giving a written notice at least 30 days prior to the next billing cycle.
• No refunds are offered for services already rendered during the current month or for completed campaign cycles.
• Any setup charges or ad budget spent directly on ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) are strictly non-refundable.

3. Web Hosting & Domain Registration:

• Domain name registrations, transfers, and SSL certificates are processed immediately and are strictly non-refundable.
• Web hosting plans (shared hosting and VPS servers) can be cancelled at any time, but no refunds will be given for the remaining term of the annual or monthly subscription.
• VPS server purchases with minimum contract lengths (e.g. 1 year, 6 months) cannot be cancelled mid-term.

4. Refund Processing:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days and will be sent back to the client\'s original bank account or payment method.
